All cells of a body, whether skin, adenoid, muscle, brain cells, or other cells, can only function within optimum parameters if they receive sufficient amounts of water. Water is also a mode of transportation for important body substances.

Our body controls its thermoregulation by sweating. Our body's water system can be imbalanced e.g. by too much body fat, because fat can’t store water!

1% reduction in body water can lead to 10% reduction in performance!
